Ingredients
- 1 cup Dates, diced
- 1,5 cups Gluten free oats
- ½ cup Mixed seeds
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 3 tsp Cocoa powder
- 2 Eggs
- ½ cup Milk, fat free
- ½ cup Low fat yogurt
- 1 Tbs Honey
- 1 Tbs Grapeseed oil
- 10g Artificial sweetener
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Scoop onto greased oven pan, in circular ball-shapes.
- Bake in preheated oven (175°C) 15-20 minutes.
- Allow to cool before serving with a hot cup of tea.
