Gluten Free Flapjacks

Always Perfect Flapjacks - Gluten free

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cups Gluten free, all purpose flour
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 6 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons Grapeseed Oil
  • ½ teaspoons salt
  • 1½ cup milk, low fat


  1. Whisk the eggs and sugar together
  2. Add half the milk and oil
  3. Separately, mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Add it to the egg-mixture.
  4. Mix the rest of the milk in to reach a smooth consistency
  5. Scoop onto a pan with heated oil. Grill until golden brown.
  6. Serve and enjoy! With or without toppings!
