Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 2 cups Gluten free, all purpose flour
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 6 teaspoons Baking powder
- 2 tablespoons Grapeseed Oil
- ½ teaspoons salt
- 1½ cup milk, low fat
Method
- Whisk the eggs and sugar together
- Add half the milk and oil
- Separately, mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Add it to the egg-mixture.
- Mix the rest of the milk in to reach a smooth consistency
- Scoop onto a pan with heated oil. Grill until golden brown.
- Serve and enjoy! With or without toppings!
